Anticellulite Massage Blends

The scourge of orange peel thighs has plagued women for decades, but mother nature always has a solution for any natural problem. Try the blends below to banish those dimples and after some time you should see results. Remember natural oils take time to work so be patient.

Mix 15-20 drops of essential oil into one ounce (30mls) carrier oil. Best carrier oils to use here are jojoba, sweet almond and carrot. 

  • 8 drops Juniper EO
  • 5 drops Lemon EO
  • 5 drops Rosemary EO
  • 30ml carrier oil
  • 7 drops Geranium EO
  • 6 drops Rosemary EO
  • 4 drops Basil EO
  • 30ml carrier oil
  • 6 drops grapefruit EO
  • 5 drops Lemon EO
  • 4 drops Juniper EO
  • 30mls carrier oil

Once you’ve mixed your preferred blend, massage the effected area once a week after a warm bath or shower.

Remember to also eat healthily and drink plenty of water whilst using this treatment. This will also help the cellulite to dissipate.
