Help Me Sleep Bath


  • 4 tb Dried chamomile
  • 3 tb Dried lemon balm
  • 2 tb Dried passionflower
  • 1 tb Dried valerian
  • 5 drops Lavender Oil


  1. Find a jar or a packet, place all the dry ingredients into the jar with the lavender oil, and shake it to distribute the oil.
  2. You can then sprinkle the mixture into your bath and let it soak for a few minutes prior to bathing.
  3. Alternatively if you have some thin cloth or cosmetic teabags, then place the mixture into the bag and let it float in the water.
  4. This ensures you don’t have to clean out the floating herbs and flowers later on.

Other herbs that you might use in a bedtime bath include chamomile, hops, lavender, lemon balm, marjoram, passionflower, sandalwood and valerian.
