Car Perfumes – Bottled

We spend an awful long time in our cars. Whether it is the daily commute to work, driving the kids around or just getting to the shops, our cars are our havens of transport.

This is why we like to make them smell good and our fragrances should evoke feelings in us that promote calmness (needed in peak hour traffic) and serenity (when the kids are screaming).

Mix and match various fragrances for various seasons, you can use essential oils for the health benefits or if you like just use a nice fragrance oil (remember synthetic oils won’t give you the same health benefits as essential oils but will still smell good).

Find a car perfume bottle – something like the one below would work well.

Basic Instructions:

  1. Fill half of the bottle with alcohol – your perfumers alcohol will work well.
  2. Fill the second half of the bottle with the desired oils (Decide whether you will use natural essential oils or synthetics)
  3. Flip the bottle to wet the cap and rope.
  4. When the fragrance in the car is getting a little weak flip the bottle to release more stronger fragrance.
  5. You are able to play with any combination of scents or blends, just make sure to write down your formulas of
